NIET is a top institute among the institutes under AKTU. It is autonomous that makes it different from other AKTU institutes. It has very updated curriculum. Exam process is done by institute itself that's something good about this institute. You will get a degree of AKTU after completing your degree from here.

NIET is famous for its courses like B.Tech, Pharmacy, MBA and others. It has 100-150 NIRF ranking in Engineering institute and 42 ranks as Pharmacy institute. There are too many branches in B.Tech. If you're enrolling in B.Tech there is 2 option to get in. 1st is through UPTAC/AKTU counseling. 2nd is a Direct admission. It gives direct admission to 15% students on the basis of their board exam marks. As per AKTU if you have 60% in your boards you're eligible for enrolling the program. You have to attend all the classes as it has 85% attendance criteria.

Faculties are very supportive and very helpful. They have proper knowledge of their subjects. Some of the facilities have also served in IT sector. Hence they know what companies needs in students. Most of the faculties have done their Bachelor or Masters degree from IITs, NITs or IIITs. Their way of teaching is very unique and easy to understand.

Our institute has a placement cell, which helps students in getting jobs as well as internship. As many faculties have industry experience, they do prepare students for this.

Yes, it has hostel facilities. Since NIET has 3 campuses, there is hostel in every campus. Old campus (Main campus: plot 19) has hostels for 2nd/3rd/4th year student and for Girls. New campus (plot 14) has hostel only for 1st year students. it has few number of hostel rooms, which are good. NIET has a very new campus (plot 15, KP3) here business classes going on. Rooms are good.

It has very less space in (plot 14), new campus in which 1st year class going on. However, it has every necessary facility in that campus. It has proper labs and classes. It has a small cafeteria, basketball court, and a small ground.

Campus life is okay in 1st year. It has too many There are so many active clubs. Its network is very strong. NIET conducts 2-3 fests every year.
