Critical Review of VIT Bhopal University

Overall Rating
VIT is a great university which provides opportunity in various sectors including technical and non-technical fields. For example, it provides you placement in top MNCs. Overall, infrastructure is also magnificent alongside lush greenery. Some rules are strict though but overall education and university life is great.
 

Academics Rating
The academic system here is very inclusive with introduction of FFCS (Fully Flexible Credit System) helps you choose your teachers and timings of class according to your flexibility and comfort. Though, curriculum can be considered a bit outdated as per the industrial requirements but overall it's also helpful for everyone’s development.
 

Faculty Rating
All of the faculties of VIT Bhopal University are doctorate holders and have sharp insights of the topics, they are teaching. Hence they all have great knowledge of their subjects and can be considered experts in particular fields. Most of the faculties are supporting and help students in every kind of problems they face.
 

Placement Rating
The placement here is spectacular with a 95% of placement rate in the academic year 2023. Many students bagged dream offers too. The good thing was that if you're willing to work a little extra, you can definitely get a great package.
 

Hostel Rating
There are 6 hostel blocks for boys and 2 for girls including 7 messes in boy’s hostels. Many different kind of rooms are there with 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 bedded in both AC and non-AC alongside bunk and flat beds. Food quality is particularly good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The university has a great infrastructure. Most of the buildings are beautifully designed and a lot is still under construction. Overall package, we can say, the campus here doesn’t disappoint. The new lab complex and architecture blocks are well made with very modern style architecture.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is great here. Alongside a great group of peers, everyday there are different functions happening. Most of the clubs are very active with great set of talents. Hence, life here is very much exciting. Still there are some restrictions that can make you feel little packed.

    According to my experiences, the infrastructure is good. Campus life is average not that great as IIT's. One great thing in this university is that the entire faculty is Ph.D holders and highly experienced, mostly from IIT's.     Overall VIT Bhopal University is a pretty good university, as I can say from my past 1.5 years of experience here. The campus here is pretty massive, it has a lush green beauty, different academic buildings for each department, 2 Academic blocks, 1 Lab complex, 1 Architecture building, and a Multi Purpose Hall. University also provides with hostel facilities, and is located within campus itself. It has various sports facilities, and undoubtedly I can say that it is better than other private univ...     Overall Rating
    The university campus is very busy from Monday to Friday where you see students coming and going to classes and hostels. Day Scholars come from Monday to Friday and are not allowed to come on weekends unless they have class or any special event after getting permission from their respective authority....   • VIT Bhopal CSE branch is crowded
     

    Overall Rating
    This university is pretty decent. It doesn’t have much of a college life if you are a hosteller but its pretty fun to be here with other students. We have 2 canteens here, which at first you will like it but when it becomes the only option for food you will dislike it. The university is still under construction but it is happening pretty fast. The curriculum is good. Some teachers are great while others are not. Try not to skip your FFCS (fully flexible credit system).... Read Full Review
