Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith Offers a Great Academic Experience

Overall Rating
My experience in this university is very good as it is nearby my locality, but it is also better for the students belonging to other areas. This university provides proper education and a peaceful environment without any kind of distraction. It is one of the best state universities in Uttar Pradesh and has very well experienced teachers.
 

Academics Rating
My course is BA. If you have passed your intermediate from any stream, you can apply for this course. Admission is granted through entrance exam conducted by Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith once in a year. My main motive for enrolling for this course was that as I was preparing for CSE so I wanted a good command on Political Science, History and Geography.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members are very knowledgeable, and they co-operate with us. There are many well experienced faculty members who teach us to create a brighter future and taught us to participate in social work which is for the welfare of the society. Their style of teaching is very easy, a below average student will also be able to understand their teachings easily.
 

Placement Rating
No, there is no placement cell at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facilities are very good at this university. The hostel premises are always kept clean and are well maintained. It also has a large ground. It has a good infrastructure. A mess is also made available in the hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are many different blocks for each faculty. Structures and buildings are well maintained with proper availability of water and hygienic restrooms. There is a vast library with excess availability of books. It is air conditioned and well furnished. There is also a student help block which helps students for any grievances.
 

Campus Rating
Overall campus life is good. There is not much crowd in the campus as it has very big premises. Many fests and activities like farewell, sport day, and fresher party are conducted at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith. Cultural programs and seminars are also organized here.

    It's been 7 yrs almost since I passed and still I cherish those memories. At my time we did study but playing and chilling in the campus was mandatory. The campus is huge lush green, student union facilities, strict rules. I completed my B.Com from there and trust me those 3yrs were amazing.
