My views about Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering

Overall Rating
This college is more into academics and is really strict regarding the same. This honestly helps students with their discipline and overall personality development.
 

Academics Rating
My college focuses strongly in the academics. Regular exams and tests are conducted to make sure that the students are updated with their knowledge and skills. These tests are not just theoretical but also practical. This motivates students to give their best and strive to be the best.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are cool but the condition is you should be respectful and honest to them. However, the college follows a hierarchy which is I guess same in almost all colleges. Faculty motivates the student on regular basis to strive to be the best and give in their 100%. Students and faculty have mutual respect for each other. Faculty sees us as young adults instead of students and trains us for the professional world outside.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell is active and always ready to cater to your needs. As the college mission is to train the students and nurture them with professional and ethical outlooks. Weekly placement training classes are conducted and not just the technical aspect but also the amplitude aspect is taught.
 

Hostel Rating
Well I don’t reside in the hostel however I have friends who live in hotel and have an overall positive outlook. The management and cleanliness of the hotel is commendable. The hostel wardens ensure that the safety of the student irrespective of gender is of at most importance.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Well the college infrastructure is quite good to look at. The greenery and the overall building quality are quite impressive. For all joyous occasion the campus is decorated beautifully. The classrooms are accommodating and the labs have all the necessary requirements. The corridors are open and clean. You can find your own space and have a fun time at the cafeteria or canteen.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is peaceful and chill. You will never feel lost as the college is quite diverse with various perspectives and personalities. You can find your crowd and have a blast!

I chose computer science as the domain and started my Engineering journey in the best college, they are providing huge advanced education using modern technology and focusing on skill development on each student.     Overall Rating
    The college is affiliated to VTU, Belgaum and if you wish to secure good rank at the University level then this college is not for you as no matter what the faculty will not give you good marks in internals. It was always a catch up thing at the mains as the college has set a very high standard and it is not easy to please one and all.
