My Journey in Shadan Women's College of Engineering & Technology

Overall Rating
College is a mix of chaos and fun for me. You get thrown into all these situations, new people, tons of assignments, and it’s all just a wild ride. I loved the freedom, though. The late-night study sessions, group projects that somehow turned into social hangouts, and yeah, figuring out what I really want to do. It isn't all fun, of course; there are those stressful exam weeks and the struggle to balance everything. But honestly, the best part is the growth and learning more about myself, my passion, and connecting with people.
 

Academics Rating
The fee depends on each individual’s marks. For me, I got 75% in intermediate so my fee is 75,000 per annum. The eligibility is to be passed intermediate. I specifically joined this college as it is girl's college. We have to be of the age 18 or above.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is a mixed bag, honestly. Some professors are really passionate about their subjects and made learning super engaging. They would go out of their way to explain things and are really approachable. Others, well, not so much.
 

Placement Rating
Yeah, we have placements in my college. It is most nerve-wracking but exciting part. Companies would come in, and there are all these rounds—aptitude tests, group discussions, and interviews. The competition is tough, but it is also a huge learning experience. You really get to see how much you've grown over the years when you're put to the test like that.
 

Hostel Rating
No hostel facility.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is pretty impressive. We have this sprawling green space, which is a nice change from usual city hassle. The main building is huge, with a mix of modern look. There is a lawn to chill near canteen. This is the best thing about this college. As for amenities, we have everything: canteen, a big library, multiple labs, and sports facilities. The classrooms are also well-equipped.
 

Campus Rating
There are many festivities for the students. We have many inter college competitions like making something out of Coding & Programming and showcasing your talent to the other students of the other colleges. We have food fests at least twice a year where we can have our own food stall. There are many other fun events that are unusual for an Indian college, These events give totally relax worthy moments after studying so hard for exams.
