Overall Rating
Shyam Lal College’s location is in east Delhi near welcome & shahdara metro station. Police station as well as government school is nearby Shyam Lal College. This college offers a wide range of courses with additional languages and financial courses on interval basis. The classes are held regularly.
 

Academics Rating
I'm pursuing B.Com program. It offers variety of subjects related to each department like commerce, history, English, economics, political science, fine arts, computer programming, 4 to 5 subjects in DSE and GE. This made us to choose the subjects wisely and it also includes SEC & VAC subjects.
 

Faculty Rating
Our Shyam Lal faculties are very good in terms of behavior and nature. It is also very positive towards students & other staff members. The entire faculty members are Ph.D holders and they are doing research work along with their teaching career. Office staff is also very cooperative towards students. They are very punctual.
 

Placement Rating
I am the president of National service scene of shyam lal college and also member of Training and placement cell. Our cell tries to reach out to HR of all the big companies & invites them to campus for selection drive. Recruitment ratio is less because it's not well reputed college of north campus.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our college comprises of two buildings with playgrounds, nursery named sundar nursery, library, two reading rooms, science labs, computer labs, and 2 staircases with washrooms at each floor of college. College is well maintained by authorities and staff members that help our college to get NAAC A++ rating.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life of our college is very good because of cultural societies or some creative societies. We make friends and them create memories of our college life. Because of these interesting activities our campus life is interesting.

    If you are coming to this college with the motive of studies then it is definitely good decision. Its Commerce department is best in comparison to other departments.
