MNIT: Overall good campus life.

Overall Rating
I am currently in 3rd year of Computer Science Branch. The college life here is good. Coming to academics the professors will use Hindi language. It can be a problem for some like South Indian students. I have struggled while making Hindi friends here but, don’t worry there are many south Indians here. There are many groups like GULTEEZ for Telegu people and a Malayalam group. Each group celebrates their native festivals here.
 

Academics Rating
I have enrolled in Computer Science program in 2022. Well, you know how hard it is to get a CS branch in top NIT. Just like any other college there are some good professors and some aren’t. Initially I struggled while understanding Hindi words in class but later, I got hold of it. It’s been an average experience with academics.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty in computer Science branch is average. Some are very passionate about their teaching like Gridhari Sir, Vijay Laxmi while others are mediocre.
 

Placement Rating
The placements here are average just like any other NIT branch. I heard from my seniors that previous batch got good placement opportunity. Now the companies arriving for placements have been average.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel rooms were nice, large and comfy. The food served is mediocre. The hostellers have an option to eat out or order food online.
 

Infrastructure Rating
It is one of the strong points of MNIT. Almost all building is new. The classes are large and have enough space. The architecture is simply outstanding. You won’t get any of these good infrastructures in other NIT branches. The helicopter is a special attraction. The auditorium is average.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life here is average. Very few clubs like Think India, Zine, mavericks, are part pf the college. There are two main fests here, sphinx in November and blitz lag in February. The fests are good if you follow Bollywood closely. Overall you will have pretty good college life.

    Overall Rating
    You need to give JEE mains paper to get Bachelor of Architecture at MNIT Jaipur. Overall experience of college is very good. It is in great city with great campus of 317 acres. There are all facilities available in campus that a student may require. It is not situated out of the city rather it is in the heart of the city in Malaviya Nagar.     This institute is situated in one of the prime location of Jaipur. Connectivity is also very good. The improvements by the institute are very good. Campus is quite excellent.
