An Honest Review on K J Somaiya College of Engineering

Overall Rating
The campus is too good with having all sports facilities and good infrastructure. The studying environment is also good with good faculty and good academic structure. The security is also excellent and the canteen food is also too good with friendly vibe all over the campus. Overall it is a good college.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Tech in Computer Engineering and currently I am in 3rd year and overall academic study is good with syllabus similar to GATE examination portion. So if any student wants to study for GATE Examination then this curriculum is very helpful. One needs to give JEE Mains or MHT CET to get admission in this course.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty is good with high qualification. Many of them are IIT graduates. They are Ph.D degree holders with deep knowledge of their respective fields. They also clear the doubts and queries of the students. The faculty members have a very nice behavior and they are friendly towards the students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a placement cell at K.J. Somaiya College of Engineering which helps to get internship for 3rd year students and jobs for final year students.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes we have 3 hostels in campus one of them is hybrid i.e. for both boys and girls and one for only boys and one for only girls. Also the mess meals and hostel facilities are too good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are many colleges which come under Somaiya University and one of them is Engineering College with 2 huge buildings for engineering. Also we have cricket ground, volleyball court, tennis court, football ground, running track and swimming pool and many other sports facilities. Also the college has mainly 3 gates to enter and exit.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is engaging and the crowd is decent and good. One can have a good friend circle here. There are many clubs in the college like coding club, racing club, and many other clubs in which students can participate as per their choice. Also there are 2 main fests one is Abhiyantriki- the technical fest which is during October and Symphony- the cultural fest that is organised during February or March which is memorable for life.

    First of all, the campus of this college is amazing. Immediately upon arrival; one sees an amazing lush green campus, which is shared among 4 colleges, including KJSCE Mumbai.   • Admission at KJSCE Mumbai's CSE Branch through MHT CET

    KJSCE Mumbai is a great college. I chose it because I saw the opportunities it gives to students like student exchange programs and a wide range of courses. Many of my family friends were in the same college and it is the reason, why I did not think twice to get admission here.     Placements are good here. When I entered this college I was not sure whether I'll get the best experience here. But the faculty, students, megaprojects, facilities, sports, campus, events, and extracurricular activities here are on very good.     One needs to get exceptional percentile to get into a masters in this college. KJ Somaiya College of Engineering is one of the top 3 colleges of engineering in Mumbai.   • KJSCE is the most flexible institute you will come across

    The college will give you a lot of opportunity along with studies. KJSCE is not just about serious learning but will help you develop a personality that will make you confident. Placements will be done in your dream companies and the packages that you will have will also be a dream package.
