My Campus Life Experience at PSIT

Overall Rating
My overall experience was pretty good in the institute. I chose this institute because it is the best private institute that you can get in Kanpur city. Apart from that, it provides a lot of placement opportunities as well.
 

Academics Rating
I chose Bachelors of Technology course with specialization of Computer Science. If you want to get admission in this institute, you can either apply through counseling of UPTU exam or you can get direct admission by giving a simple admission test. Your intermediate marks should be at least above 50% to get admission.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties here have strong knowledge of their domain. Apart from that, they are really supportive as well. You can go and talk to them anytime you want and they will help you out with your issue. You can even go and meet them in the breaks as well.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a placement cell in our institute. It really puts a lot of efforts in bringing companies to our institute and gets students placed. We have a separate portal for students where they can see jobs and apply to them, through portal only.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels here are very clean and maintained. The hostel fees are around Rs. 80000+ for non-AC and around Rs. 96000+ for AC rooms in twin sharing. There are vending machines in the hostel, if in case anyone is feeling hungry at night.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of our institute is top-tier and exceptional. Whole campus has centralized AC. Every class is equipped with projectors, and seats are neat and clean as there is fine for degrading institute property. For attendance, we have biometric system.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life here is quite okay I would say. If you are here to study only, then it’s the best institute you can get in Kanpur. There are strict timing rules for class and no entry is given in classes even if you are 2 minutes late. Technical and soft skills trainings are given so much importance.

    My experience at Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology was good. I took admission in PSIT because of the good placements and also because it was in my hometown and I want to be with my parents. People from Kanpur should surely go for this college because it has good placements of about 5 to 6 Lakh average package and the highest package was 44.72 LPA in 2024 offered by Amazon....     My overall experience of the institute is good. Institute is well maintained neat and clean. There is no ragging culture in the institute so it offers a healthy and studious environment for the students. There is greenery inside the institute campus.     PSIT, Kanpur is my favorite college. My 2 years went amazing in this college and I am trying for placement of good packages from this college itself so that I can make the college proud. In this college the faculty is too good as they work hard for their students. The teachers make sure that all the concepts of the students are clear for the upcoming exams or competition tests.
