FGM College: My overall experience was great.

Overall Rating
My overall experience was great in this college during 2020-22 session. I chose this particular College because this is one of the best Colleges near me for M.Sc Geography. The teaching staff as well as non teaching staff are very helpful. Sports facilities are also available in this College. I would like to recommend this college to others because this college is very good with good infrastructure and all other Facilities.
 

Academics Rating
Well the M.Sc course is of 2 years & 4 Semesters. Every semester contains 4 theoretical subjects & one or two practical subjects. For taking admission in this course you have to apply for PG Courses. Then UGC will provide a list of all those students who are eligible to take admission. To be eligible for this course you have to have graduation degree with geography specialization. Motive for enrolling in this program is to become eligible for assistant professor.
 

Faculty Rating
All the faculty members are of very helpful nature. This college is managed by government so it's simple that all teachers have essential qualifications. The teaching style of most of the teachers is very good.
 

Placement Rating
Placement & internship facilities are not provided yet in this College.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facilities are not available in this college. If you are willing to take room or PG rooms, that are available near the college.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Basically this College has about 6 separate blocks for all different departments. We have our separate department for Geography. Our classrooms are well structured with tables, chairs, fans and window curtains. We also have smart classrooms. Separate labs for our practical subjects. Sports grounds are also available for different sports. Library is available with Wi-Fi access and full stock of books.
 

Campus Rating
Well during my course time we enjoyed that life a lot. May be that was the best time period of my life. I learnt so many things from our teachers. They didn't only teach us the subject matter but they taught us about the real life lessons too. They really helped me to be a good human being. Sports events are organised time to time. Different type of cultural programs are hosted by different departments.
