Institute of Innovation in Technology and Management is in totality a good college and various students have a strong belief of it. It is precisely a self financed college which is known to be affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is widely known in India. The admission at this respective college happens through a common entrance test. Furthermore, this college offers variety of courses that one chooses to pick and go forward with. When it comes to management, the management and administration is decent. I was happy with the various facilities that were provided by the college. Though, the importance of extracurricular activities is less, the main focus of this college resides in academics.

I joined Bachelor's in business administration i.e. BBA. The admission of this particular course and of all other courses happens through a common entrance test. My main pivotal aim of taking BBA was extensively because I wanted to learn and know administration. As I earlier mentioned, the main aim and focus of the college revolves around academics therefore the course was thoroughly and completely as per the expectation. On that account, when it comes to academics some of the best teachers are available to guide you in an appropriate manner. BBA will also be helpful in getting you a decent job but when it comes to higher pay, it can be a little troublesome. The classes that take place here are interactive and are a combination of formal lectures and presentations. Tests are also conducted on a frequent basis which is a good thing.

The college is popular for its faculty. The teachers and professors that are teaching here are believed to have extensive and thorough knowledge. The teachers here are all ready to offer their time and are also approachable. Furthermore, they are always ready to put in extra time and efforts for the students who ask for it. With this, they are always lending their ears to the students and are also open to feedbacks. Numerous quality guest lectures are also conducted in order to provide a wider perspective to students.

Placements are far better than other IP colleges. Some of the top companies that come here are Royal Bank of Scotland, Zaro, Deloitte, Wipro and many more. Nearly 97% of the students here receive placements easily and other 3% chooses not to sit because of their own reasons. Therefore in totality, placements are reliable and worthy. On that account, the placement cell of the college is always ready to extend help whenever required.

Students say that the college neglects on the infrastructure, which is true. Adequate focus is not put towards this direction. It lacks modern facilities that every college students dreams of. But it is certain that in last Two years focus has been made towards this. There has been a development in the classrooms, halls and canteen. It is visible but definitely there is a long way to go. Not to forget, this college has a decent and nice seminar hall, Wi-Fi, classrooms with projector. I feel that a lot more efforts are required when it comes to providing an adequate space for extracurricular activities. There is no space for the college societies to perform. Also there is very less space to play games that every student wishes for. When it comes to library, it is effectively managed. There is a huge collection of journals, magazines, books and newspapers.

Overall campus life is good. One thing to keep in mind is to definitely be a part of a college society which will change your life for good. There is also a fest that happens each year. Participation in fest activities can help you learn a lot and will also aid in developing contacts that are necessary. I also feel that college is a place to explore and not much focus should be laid on attendance but this college is hugely strict about its attendance. Also, window of around 10 minutes is offered to students after which it becomes troublesome for students. Unlike other colleges of IP canteen here is cozy which provides mouth-watering food to all.
