Awesome campus life at Kurukshetra University.

Overall Rating
Kurukshetra University is a State Government University funded by Haryana Government. It's located in Kurukshetra, Haryana. The campus area of the University is approximately 500 acres and it's very beautiful with flowers and trees everywhere. A museum Dharohar is also in the University. A lot of clubs and sports activities are conducted regularly.
 

Academics Rating
A lot of things happen in the University depending on what you want to do and what you want to attend. The attendance system here is very strict. The teachers are all punctual and are always on time. They are very helpful. The classroom is neat and clean. There is a central library and every department has its own library.
 

Faculty Rating
All the teachers are qualified and are doctorate in their respective subjects. The course is very relevant. The faculty to student ratio is also good. There are two or more teachers for every subject. Relationship between teachers and students is also very good and the teachers are very helpful. Semester exams are not so difficult.
 

Placement Rating
For placements 8th semester students are eligible and only those students are eligible who do not have any back in any subjects. Many good companies like Maruti, etc visit the campus.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel facility is very good. Modern day facilities like Wi-Fi, RO water are available. Students can also use cooler in summers but have to give extra 200rs per month. Mess food quality is average.
 

Infrastructure Rating
So far the overall experience has been really good. The classrooms and buildings are very neat and clean and are well equipped with modern day facilities. There are also practical labs that give practical approach to students. This helps them in understanding the concepts more easily. There is a health centre in the University.
 

Campus Rating
Overall campus life in kurukshetra University is quite good. There are a lot of sports activities and clubs that students can join and enjoy. Every year our University conducts an event ‘Ratnawali’, in this event the students from different University participate and show their talent, skills, etc. This event is very much famous in all among the University. It helps the students in building various skills.

    Faculty members are very kind and helpful. The exams are conducted on regular basis. It is ranked 700-751 in the Asian University (Rankings 2023) and ranks 41 in the State University category.
