I chose this university because GAU is now INI (Institute of National Importance) and also a central university. Other students should also go for the same because this is very highly reputed educational body of India and here you will teach by best teachers of Ayurveda in India.

Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). In this course, you will get knowledge about ancient Indian medicine. To get into in this course and university you should clear the NEET examination and get enough marks and go through the counseling process. If anyone is curious about ancient Indian medicine system, one should enroll in this course. Semester exams are quite easy if you study well you will pass the exams. But university exams are tough. Passing percentage is half of the total marks of paper.

Teachers are very well educated. Some of them are gold medalist in their field. Off course, they are helpful and knowledgeable which is why teaching quality is very good. Course curriculum is relevant as in upcoming years there will be boom in Ayurveda industry. Their teaching style is modern. They can teach you in classroom as well as in garden (near herbal plant medicinal garden).

There are no placements offers from the university because you are pursuing BAMS and you become an Ayurveda Doctor, not a corporate employee. 1 year internship is offered during your last year in the college with Rs. 23500 stipend. Please not to expect any placement offers from university.

Yes, there is hostel facility in our university but you have to share the room with two other guys (means 3 people) and I think there bathroom and toilet facilities are not up to the mark. The hostel life is quite very easy as you can leave the hostel in night.

Facilities and infrastructure of our university is descent. There are many buildings in our university for different departments of our course. Wi-Fi is available in our library classrooms are big and comfortable. Library is average in size. Canteen is new in our college. Sport is the subject where our university needs to pay more attention. Though, medical facilities are very good because of being a medical college.

Campus life is good in GAU and there is no crowd in our university. Many fests and events are arranged in our college like Navratri, Ganesh Chaturthi, junior welcome ceremony along with sports tournament for the sports like Cricket, badminton and many others. Several other engagement activities are arranged in our university.
