Enriching Experience at Kumaun University

Overall Rating
My experience at DMS Bhimtal is going very strong, providing the best education that not only equipped me with strong theoretical knowledge but also instilled valuable practical skills. Its approachability and willingness to engage in meaningful discussion have made learning an incredibly educational experience. The staff mainly focuses on providing knowledge.
 

Academics Rating
I enrolled in the Bachelor of Business Administration program due to its emphasis on Communication Skills, which aligns with my career goals. The entry requirements include a class 12th pass with a minimum of 65 percent. My primary motive for joining this program is career advancement.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members teaching the courses that come under Management Studies have backgrounds in Commerce with experience in teaching sector of about 4 to 5 years. Their teaching style encourages us to have group discussions and a small debate in class on specific topics between students and teachers.
 

Placement Rating
No, we don't have any placement cell at my university but we are facilitated with placements by our university.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, our university has residential facilities inside the campus. The hostel life is very safe, secure, and facilities like well-equipped water cooler and sports ground are made available.
 

Infrastructure Rating
In my university, there are two departments; one is Management of Studies and other is Pharmacy. Building for both departments is different and both buildings have separate libraries, and computer labs. The campus is small but we do have ground which is also separate for both the departments and the parking lot is the same.
 

Campus Rating
Overall, campus life is energetic and mostly focuses on education. The crowd on the campus is in large amount. We do have clubs in both departments such as Literature, Arts, Trip, and Movies. It even has organizations or communities that organize events and trips for students.
