My Experience in PGDAV College

Overall Rating
According to me, college is better for academics and sports mainly. I have taken admission through CUET, so I get allotted this only. If you want to do any other exams preparation. Then this college is best for you. Best faculty, Canteen, sports faculty, etc.
 

Academics Rating
My course is BA (history + POLSCI.) CUET exam is necessary to give to take admission in this college. UPSC or other government. Exams preparation is the main motive. This course is best for UPSC exams. The faculty is also good. Course is good. There is no attendance problem.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members are good with helping in nature. Some are assistant professors and some are seniors. There style of teaching is better. Professors are best.
 

Placement Rating
Yes we have a placement cell. It really helps the students by updating all the latest job opportunities. Different type of internships and workshops are there. They will guide best for better opportunities.
 

Hostel Rating
No, in PGDAV there is no hostel. Or residential facilities. You have to go for PG or flats only.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus is clean. It has features like big library, gym, big ground and big canteen. Building is renewed every year. Many types of sports are also played. It has rainwater harvesting system. Good water quality..
 

Campus Rating
If we talk about crowd. Only in morning batch, there is some crowd. However, in evening batch, there is lesser crowd. There are lots of societies for students to join with proper procedure. Every year, this college organizes fests for students. Celebrities or rappers are definitely invited. Other types of activities are also there.

    I’m Alies, student of Bachelor of Commerce (2nd year). Overall college is good. There is no such attendance issue (minimum 40%). environment is also good and all transportation means are nearby college. College is best known for its canteen but the food is average and affordable. There is a placement cell in the college and it also provides internships to eligible students.... Read Full Review

    The PGDAV College (evening) can be a great choice for the students willing to be a part of the University of Delhi and want to live a peaceful and enjoyable life keeping studies side by side. The college has a great and pleasant campus with greenery everywhere. There are many areas in the campus for students to relax during study pressure; such as the cafeteria, coke ground, badminton court, main ground and medicinal plants park.
