The academic environment at Lakshmibai College is commendable with experienced and dedicated faculty members who take their teaching seriously. In terms of extracurricular activities, the college offers a broad range of options including music, dance, sports, debating, and social welfare workshops. The campus itself is beautiful and spacious which gives peace and comfort as home. Although the college's fest aren't widely renowned but student's enthusiasm and efforts make it fun and enjoyable.

I am student of BA program with Computer Science major at Lakshmibai college. I can attest to the college's accessible admission process, which was based on CUET scores and cutoff criteria. For the 2023-24 academic year, the cutoff for my course was 600-650 approximately. Enrolling in this course was one of my best decisions, as it has helped me dive deeper in world of Technology, Coding , And Software world as I have developed my own logic for work and paved my way for choosing a better future career path. I chose this college partly because of Delhi University's high placement and national reputation.

The Faculty of Computer Department is well qualified with many holding Ph.D degree. We have three teachers in our department. There advices are the way to our destination we enjoy our way moment with them. There teaching methods are so simple that we never have to stress about anything. For instance I was nervous in 1st year about teachers but I never thought of them to be our family now. They don't only teach us about our book related syllabus but also guide us for everyday life.

Yes, we do have placement cell called ‘Wings’. I have recently got opportunity to work as a coordinator of the wings placement cell. Although the college has a placement cell but it is not that active from few years, but starting this year, college has signed few MOU with few social groups for Volunteer internships and few companies for recruitment. However, being a part of Delhi University allows students to access placement opportunity across the entire university network, which alleviates some of the stress associated with finding off-campus jobs and internships.

Unfortunately, Lakshmibai College does not provide on-campus accommodation, but there are several PGs and rental flats available near the campus for students seeking housing options.

The campus is fairly large, with five blocks designated for academics. Every block is given names with associated traditional meaning. The main building is quite older and has a traditional Delhi University aesthetic with its red brick exterior and classic chalkboards. In contrast, the newer buildings are equipped with modern amenities like elevator and spacious classrooms, conference room, computer lab and little balcony by each floors surrounded by trees. The campus infrastructure has little Gokul with fishes, peacocks, ducks, swings and village like structure. However, the campus infrastructure has its shortcoming particularly in terms of poorly maintained washrooms and substandard drinking eater facility.

Campus life at Lakshmibai College is satisfactory, though it leaves room for improvement. There are plenty of events like small workshops recently we had Drishti IAS as a speaker and Lok Sabha Speaker "Om Birla". We also had research paper competition debates and many more, within the college and at nearby institutions that help keeping things interesting. A market close to college offers affordable options for everyday students, and North campus is just short 5-10 minutes trip away. We can easily get bus, rickshaw around the college campus. Periodic engagements activities help students network and make the most of their college experiences
