B.A Course at UEM Jaipur: Academics, Faculty, and More

UEM Jaipur is a renowned college where we get the best faculty and infrastructure required for overall growth & development of student. I found the college to be amazing with all the courses designed with ease and amazing to understand. The college had multiple inter-college fests, which helped me gain a lot of recognition and confidence about my extracurricular skills.

I opted for Bachelor of Arts in Music, Dramatics, and Sociology from the university. Trust me this is the best decision I made as I got all the exposure I wanted from the amazing faculties they had. This course requires high schooling from any field; prior music & drama experience is a plus to be selected. If you have a keen interest in singing and acting then this course is for you, you will get all the knowledge, skills, and career options needed for future.

As I said before faculties are the best over there, in Dramatics, you get the faculties passed out from national school of drama and they have the best skills to shape yourself in the field. In Music as well, you get the faculties who have renowned music background and high respect in the field. In addition, if we talk about Sociology, we get the best researchers practiced even from abroad and they enhance our knowledge with more scientific approach.

No, in my knowledge I did not hear about any placement cell, which could have helped in the same. And talking about my experience regarding the further career in the field, a person should have strong circle and should be active enough to grab any opportunity coming their way and also field require strong performing skills to deal with it.

Yes, the college does have the residential facilities. I cannot comment on the quality, as I was a local student.

If we talk about the overall structure of the building, it is a British style of architecture where you get the historic vibe. Although to maintain the same structure and vibe of UEM Jaipur, the management keeps on renovating it with the time required. The cleanliness and hygiene is good. Campus has old style auditorium in its center with a lush green lawn in its front. All the students from science, commerce, and arts can opt in the same campus divided in different blocks. Since it is an all girl’s college, so only girls can get admission over there. It also has a two story big library with divided sections of different subjects. All the required books can be found there. Overall, the campus is outstanding.

The biggest fest campus has is ‘Vithika’ which is an inter-college fest where we get the opportunity to show our talent in Poetry, Singing, Dancing, Literature, Art, Science and Research. It brings the amazing crowd and vibe in college, which also helps in building a circle of likeminded people in our field of interest. The campus also provides opportunity to be enrolled into NSS and NCC cadet. While in first year of my college I enrolled for NCC, gave the required exam, physical test, and interview for that, and was selected for NCC Air. They provide a lot of opportunity and exposure beyond our expectations so all you need to do is to stay active and enthusiast wherever possible.
