My review for PGDAV College (Evening), New Delhi

Overall Rating
I’m Alies, student of Bachelor of Commerce (2nd year). Overall college is good. There is no such attendance issue (minimum 40%). environment is also good and all transportation means are nearby college. College is best known for its canteen but the food is average and affordable. There is a placement cell in the college and it also provides internships to eligible students.
 

Academics Rating
I’m pursuing Bachelor of Commerce (2nd year) and my CUET score was somewhere around 605 and I got this college in 1st round. When I came to know that it’s a south campus college I was excited for my college life but when I reached the college I was very confused and didn’t understand anything but then it turned out to be great. I recommend this college if your CUET is also somewhere around mine.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty does their best in teaching and help students to understand concepts better. I have to say that faculty is very nice. Teachers are very understandable and supportive towards students.
 

Placement Rating
There is also an internship and placement cell in college. Cell provides internship, placement and pre-placement opportunities to college students in various companies.
 

Hostel Rating
There is no hostel facility in college but students can go for PGs in nearby areas like Lajpat nagar, south ex or any other nearby areas. You can find PGs easily as there are so many affordable PGs and they also provide good facilities like Air conditioners, geyser, Wi-Fi, etc.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Back then there was only one building in college but from last few years there are 3 buildings and two of them are newly constructed. There are parks in the college. Canteen is fully air conditioned. There is also a printing shop in college.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is going good. Crowd, I would say is also good but fests are average as there is no artist only DJ and stage for students to dance and enjoy their time. There are so many societies in college you can join them and engage in extracurricular activities and learn more things which can be helpful in your career.

    My purpose for choosing this college was because of the friendly faculty and staff members and also because of the value of degree this college holds. It is a very reputed college because of its different teaching style and it provide very good internship opportunities to its students.     The PGDAV College (evening) can be a great choice for the students willing to be a part of the University of Delhi and want to live a peaceful and enjoyable life keeping studies side by side. The college has a great and pleasant campus with greenery everywhere. There are many areas in the campus for students to relax during study pressure; such as the cafeteria, coke ground, badminton court, main ground and medicinal plants park.
