Being a B.Sc student in SLC, I can say that faculty is quite good especially for core subjects like Chemistry. The campus area is compact than most of the DU colleges. My overall experience is good.

My course is B.Sc Physical Science. For this or for any other UG course, CUET entrance exam is important with subjects required in particular course. One has to register in CUET website, fill personal & academic details and then give exam. If you pass in this entrance, you can register through CSAS portal of DU and then choose your preferences for any course and college. After choosing, if you get selected or if you're eligible for particular course or college you can get admission by paying required fee. B.Sc course includes core subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and other additional subjects.

Faculty is good and helpful. Most of them are friendly in nature. Their teaching style is practically good and theoretically easy to understand. Their background is also quite decent as everyone is gentle and supportive. Faculty is knowledgeable and provides us the same.

Eligible students get decent placements from this college.

There is no hostel in the campus. One has to rent PG or flat near the college if they belong to different city or state.

Library provides enough books to study. There are two buildings in the campus. Reading room is fully air-conditioned. There is a canteen in the college which provides decent food but its environment can be improved.

According to me, campus life is good. You can take part in society and events. Many societies for dance, music and plays are there. Several fests and events are organized occasionally. There is a huge crowd in the college.
