Candid Review of BHU

Overall Rating
BHU is a very prestigious university. If you are getting a suitable course, you can take admission without any hesitation as you won't regret it. It will be the best decision of your life and you only need to hard work during placements.
 

Academics Rating
Academic wise, BHU is a great place. Every course has a good syllabus and curriculum is well-designed. Even many of the books you will use in your academics are authored by professors themselves.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is very good. Every professor of the Commerce faculty is very supportive and knowledgeable. Their style of teaching and adapting with students is very great which makes the class fun and very interactive.
 

Placement Rating
The university needs to work over improving the placement facilities.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel facilities at BHU are very good as it is a government university. It has a very huge residential area with great living amenities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
BHU has the best infrastructure and it is mostly well-known in the whole country, which is very peaceful and aesthetic at the same time. It has temples, ground, libraries, hostels, cafes, auditorium and what not. You will get everything in your campus only.
 

Campus Rating
Campus Life here is very good. You will get exposed to people you never thought of and also you will evolve in a lot and become a better person then what you are today. The students and crowd here is very good and decent in their own way. Every person here can teach you things which will be of great value.

    As per IAS (Indian Agricultural Science), BHU is the 2nd NIRF ranking in India and 1st Agricultural university in India. Therefore, as I have to study from a best agricultural university and it is the best option. It has a yearly fee of 10000 INR only and hostel yearly fee of 5000 INR, providing a scholarship of 3000 INR per month to every student. As I am belonging to middle class, it is a best option....     Banaras Hindu University is very reputed university in India and best university in Uttar Pradesh in terms of facilities. I'm from Commerce background searching to pursue B.Com and got admission in this college through CUET exam. Overall, facilities are good.... Read Full Review

    As we all are aware that Banaras Hindu University is globally recognized university and one the prestigious university in India. The most important thing in making it so is the Academics part. As a student of Commerce department in BHU, I can tell you about my department only. Though it's not the best but I can confidently say that our faculty can easily make into top 10 institutes for Commerce students in India, especially for the B.com (Hons.).     The great legacy of the university known as Banaras Hindu University. It is one of the best University in Asia and the largest residential too. My college was Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS) and I chose it due to the fact that it had an excellent reputation and it had one of the most important things called a PG quota which helps a lot in future PG exams as well....     BHU ranks 5th in India's top central university while Institute of Agricultural Sciences ranks 4th in top agriculture and allied sector. Agriculture has much scope and BHU gives the opportunity to explore this field. Government jobs, corporate jobs, banking, research and many opportunities are offered to the students of at BHU.
