What can I expect!!

Overall Rating
So the reputation of this college is good. The entrance exam (SAAT) is easy and this college provides a wide range of courses from engineering to medical. Currently I am studying Bachelors of computer applications and the faculty is better than most colleges in Odisha. The environment is pretty good with a big area is provided. The college is located in the main market which gives a plus point to the student to go and buy basic necessities.
 

Academics Rating
For Bachelors in computer applications, the entry requirement is through the college entrance exam called SAAT. The syllabus for this exam includes English, Discrete Mathematics, logic based questions and basic computer knowledge. The eligibility is 12th passed in any stream with 50% marks and 45% in case of SC/ST category. The motive behind joining this college is that it provides better opportunities and placements.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are good and experienced. They are friendly to all irrespective of religion and academic performance. In the bridge course of bachelors of computer applications, the following subjects are physics, math's, communication and programming. The teachers of respective subjects are good in teaching and they start from basic level which is good for the students to understand.
 

Placement Rating
Siksha O Anusandhan provides various placement opportunities in all the courses. In case of Bachelors in Computer Applications it provides 3-4 lakhs per annum salary which is the average placement but if the student wants more than they can go for masters in this college.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel is clean and it provides various options like double, triple sharing rooms and a maximum of rooms shared by 4. It also has the facility of AC and NON AC rooms. The rooms are enough to accommodate the students. It also has a mess that provides good and hygienic food.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is huge ranging from all the departments, library, and cafeteria. It has modern academic buildings for classrooms and seminars. A Modern lab is equipped with advanced equipment's and is used for practical learning. The campus has Wi-Fi facility and it also has facilities for various sports like cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, etc. It also provides transportation facilities which covers full Bhubaneswar.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life of SOA is fun and it provides a wide range of clubs and fests every year keeping the students entertained. Some clubs present in the University are robotics clubs, drama club, and environmental club. There are also clubs for sports like basketball, volleyball, cricket and other indoor games like chess. It also conducts annual fests where students can showcase their talent.

    SNIL is a good institute for studying law. There are many courses for students to join. Teachers and management is remarkable. Campus is big and well managed.     The honest review of my college as per my opinion would be average as it is a bit negligent in terms of conducting college fests, proper conduction of student clubs which are extremely beneficial, and towards the lack of leisure related activities such as outdoor sports.
