My Life in Christ University

Overall Rating
I love Christ University and the best area of the university is the part where my department is located. When it comes to event management and fests, our university is the best. Thus by far, university has given me opportunity to witness the best Christmas celebration that I ever seen in my life.
 

Academics Rating
As I have already mentioned that Christ is one of the strictest university but it is good for our overall development. My course is B.Com (Hons.). The academics of the university help us lessen our burden of study by presenting the easy curriculum.
 

Faculty Rating
I am still in my second year and I feel as if I have already met 20+ faculties. Every semester 6+ subject including mains and electives. 2 faculties are bare minimum for any subject. Now speaking on how they are, all of them have doctorate, which defines their level of knowledge and wisdom.
 

Placement Rating
Placement of my department has a scope of improvement. However, companies like DeShaw, E&Y and others do come and some students are given placements.
 

Hostel Rating
I live in PG and that’s why doing know anything about the hostels.
 

Infrastructure Rating
One thing is having acres and acres or land and the other things are making the best use of it. It has built an infrastructure which is outstanding and of world class level. The library, the state-of-the-art auditoriums and arguably best sporting facilities are provided by the university.
 

Campus Rating
I am surprised by the number of societies and clubs that the university has. It offers the healthy campus life as it has ample to offer. I have friends in many universities but when I shared our ethnic day photographs with them, I learned that we have one of the best ethnic day celebrations. Last but not the least it's the security, the campus has ensured that one can feel as secured as they can at their home inside the campus.

    The university is very well reputed and has a great brand value. I would not say that it lives up to the hype, but it definitely is a fine university. I am from the Psychology department and I find the course structure and the faculty above average. One thing that stood out to me about this college on my first day was the campus.     Christ University, Bangalore was started in 1969.     The overall experience at Christ University main campus, Bangalore is actually too good. The courses are very well designed. Apart from education it focuses on holistic development of an individual. Christ university teaches a lot to their children about the mission, vision and core values of the university.     The reason I chose to join Christ was because it was ranked no. 1 for BCA in India, so I thought that it would be a good base for my future.
