My College Life in Amrutvahini College of Engineering

Overall Rating
I was allotted Amrutvahini College of Engineering in CAP counseling based on my preferences. I preferred this college because I had heard a lot about this college, its campus placement and its spacious campus. This college is famous for its discipline and its ethics so I would recommend the college to all aspirants.
 

Academics Rating
There are all streams available including Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Information Technology, etc. Primary step to get admission here is to have good ranking in JEE entrance exam. The reason for enrolling in this college was its credibility and competitive atmosphere that transform students into most elegant Engineer having much potential and skills.
 

Faculty Rating
During my time, the college lacked in this department. Especially in Electrical Engineering department, the teachers lacked little bit experience. I am pretty sure, things would be different at the current time.
 

Hostel Rating
There were two hostels for boys and one hostel for girls. The boy’s hostels were named Sajjangad and Sinhgad. I got Sajjangad for 2 years of and later shifted to a PG outside the campus but I had amazing experience in hostel. Those days were absolutely magical. Our hostel had ample of facilities such as hot water, water purifier and high security. Mess food was also good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
My college campus has several canteens and food stalls. It also has a library and a beautiful garden. College had two different buildings; one for Mechanical Engineering and other for rest of the streams.
 

Campus Rating
College days were the golden days of our life and we are lucky that we have got such a great campus. My college campus had sports club, music club and the annual festival named ‘Amrut Mahotsava’. It has all kind of competitions and events organized regularly to boost and enhance the skills of its students. Robotic event and projects were cherry on top of that festival.
