Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida has good public transport connectivity and Noida Electronic City which is 100 meters away. It has reputed and experienced faculty which have deep knowledge in their respective field. Extracurricular activities are a highlight, with many clubs and societies that encourage leadership and allow students to make friendships for life. The institute focuses on inculcating skills in students so that they can emerge as valuable assets to themselves and the institute. If you are searching for an institute at a medium rank in JEE Mains then this is the best institute. I decided to join this institute because of very good placements record. Others should choose this institute because at genuine fees, they are giving us better placement than other private institutes.

B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Tech [lateral entry], BBA, BSC, BCA, Diploma, M.Sc courses are available in this institute. I am pursuing B.Tech [CSE] from this institute .it has B.Tech in computer science, ECE and biotechnology branch with some more fields available. The admission to this institute for B.Tech course is done through JEE Mains rank and 10+2 basis. The admission procedure is very simple we have to submit an application form of JIIT which is available in their official website, after that we will get an email regarding counseling date and time. Students are given seats based on their rank and those who do not get seat at that time they are given option of getting waitlisted. Waitlisted students get seats as the up gradation rounds get started. In general minimum of 7 rounds of up gradation takes place. My main motive for enrolling in this program was that I wanted to be an engineer in computer science field.

Faculty members are very talented and have deep knowledge in their respective fields. Most of them are very supportive and talk very politely with students. Teachers have different styles.

Institute has a hard working placement cell which not only works hard to bring companies to the institute but also convince them to pay high to the students. Institute also provides internships to the students and also brings some very good companies like Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Goldman Sachs, etc. It also avails summer internships with high stipend. The institute teaches us all the communication skills required for cracking interview rounds easily. The placements of the institute dropped at time of Covid and recession but now this institute has again gained pace and the placements of my seniors are going on superb. Many reputed companies are coming for placements.

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology has hostel facilities at only its main campus of Noida that is sector 62 while for the sector 128 students of JIIT, there are no hostel facilities available. Sector 128 students have the option of taking room’s hostel of sector 62 but in that case they have to do up down on daily basis. The distance between both the campuses is 18 km. Institute provides bus facility for Sector 128 students at a reasonable price. The hostel life of 62 is very good; one can easily get a institute vibe. Hostel rooms have AC Service with no extra charges. The mess of all the hostels is same with healthy food. The hostels have common room where we can gather with our friends and watch matches on TV.

Infrastructure of JIIT, Noida is superb. It has green plants which give a very good vibe. It has several academic blocks and a separate registrar and administration block. It has a very big auditorium of approximately 2000 people capacity. It has separate volleyball area, small football ground, and separate ground for playing other sports. A good stage where all the dance practice takes place .It has a separate faculty block and parking area is also very good here.

The institute life is awesome as everyone can enjoy all the resources available in the institute because of lesser crowds in the institute. The clubs of the institute are like the heart of the institute. It has several clubs like for fashion show we have Panache, for videography we have Cinekala, and several more clubs for various purposes. An annual fest is also organized in the campus. It is known as Converge. Students are allowed to attend fests irrespective of campus in which we study. In every fest we have some fun activities. The responsibility of whole fest comes under the JYC (Jaypee Youth Club). This club comprises of mostly first, second and third year students which are guided by the head of the JYC which are final year students.
