Sandip Institute of Technology and Research Centre MBA Review By Vaibhav Magar

I did my MBA from Sandip Institute of Technology and Research Centre, Nashik. This is a private college and has received an ‘A’ Grade from the NAAC accreditation. The college's management is poor. For 3–4k students, there are just two fee counters. This causes the student to wait a long time, wasting the day. When I was accepted to this college, the admissions process was quite smooth and pleasant. In terms of the admissions procedure, the teachers are friendly and cooperative. Following admittance, there was an orientation programme. This university appealed to me because it is less expensive than other MBA programmes. The admissions method is merit-based, with a minimum grade point average of 55 per cent in class 10+2 and a graduation rate of 50 per cent. The application forms, which were available online, cost me Rs 1000. In addition to the interview, I had a personal interview in which I explained why I wanted to study further and what my plans were after finishing my MBA.

When I first joined, it felt fantastic. Before the main curriculum began, there was a foundation course in which they taught students how to make their own personal development, as well as how to appreciate and aid students in various ways with various activities! One of the best things about this place is the stunning beauty. As for the university, the professors are excellent, and the syllabus is always updating to meet the needs of students, which is now the finest aspect. There are five assignments for each subject. And the exam is divided into semesters. Overall, the training and quality are superb. I'd give our academics a 3/5 because there are still certain areas where the college can improve.

The teachers are well- qualified and they are always happy to guide students in their future endeavors, and they are ready to meet their needs. Our college's faculty and management are extremely user-friendly and attend to each and every student's needs. Except for some members, the majority of the personnel are disciplined, generous, and caring toward the students. The teachers at this college are fairly well-educated, and due to full security and CCTV cameras, there is no way to skip a lecture. If you skip class and don't show up for any of your classes, the college will send a text message to your parents. Every month, parents gather for a meeting.

Almost 80% of our senior class received job placements as a result of our course. Our college provides the finest platform for job placement. The college offers training for top-level industry interviews. The companies that visit Sandip University are excellent. The student's placement is defined by his or her performance throughout the year. IBM, Mahindra, Wipro, Infosys, and more organizations provide placement services at our college. Many students receive a good stipend. 2.5 LPA was the average salary package provided. In the meantime, students are offered good roles. The members that work in the placement industry are really engaged and keep us informed about job openings in big companies and fresh start-ups. The pay-out ranges from 10k to 20k.

The mattress, pillow, tub, and mug to shower with are all available to buy at the hostel; though, you are free to bring your own if you just want. Hostels are lovely, with nice views, but not all the lamps are in good condition. Likewise, while not all walls are clean or well-colored, they are all clean and well-maintained. The hostel warden and bouncers are also polite; however, when it comes to returning us to our rooms after 11 p.m. or 12 a.m., they can be a little harsh at night. The food quality is pretty average, and I've experienced a number of people become ill as a result of it, including my own friend, who has lost his appetite many times.

Wi-Fi is accessible all across the campus, and the college has well-equipped labs for students to use like, Electrical Lab, Electronics Lab, Mechanical Lab, Programming Lab, SITRC COMP LAB, Project Lab, Digital Electronics Lab, Computer Graphics Lab, Computer Design Lab, Theory machine Lab, Fluid Mechanics Lab, Mechatronics Lab, Material Testing Lab. At the campus, there are also separate hostel facilities for girls and boys. Besides that, the college does have a cafeteria, a library, a sports facility, medical facilities, and transport services. The sports facilities are wonderful, and our college has a dedicated sports ground where events such as the Sandip Premium League are performed.

The college campus is a wonderful place to be. There is a large sports field on campus, as well as a usual yard. The college's buildings are built in a very modern style and have a luxurious feel to them. There are several colleges located in a single campus that provides a variety of education. . The college is located outside the city which means it is sometimes very good to have a calm environment but sometimes, you might feel left alone. Students must travel considerable distances to attend college. At the campus, there is a separate parking facility. According to my knowledge, there is no ragging in the college, and everyone, seniors and juniors alike, lives together as a family!
