An unbiased review on NIT, Agartala

Overall Rating
The NIT Agartala is one of the best institutes to study in India after qualifying JEE Mains exam. The institute has a large campus and good staff members. One can go for this institute. The institute offers you great educational facility to help you shine in future and a good campus life. There is also a hospital for the students.
 

Academics Rating
To get admission in this institute, you have to qualify JEE Mains exam and after that you should appear for the counseling. After getting a seat in any of the branch, you should come for physical registration and the process will be completed.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties of this institute are knowledgeable, and they will help you to complete your education without any problem. Every student will get a faculty advisor who will guide and advice you. The faculty helps every student during the class as well as after the working hours.
 

Placement Rating
There are many companies like Wipro, PhonePe, IT companies, Core companies, etc. who visit the institute to offer jobs to the students. Students are eligible to appear for placements from 3rd year of the academic session. According to the CGPA and skills, students get placed in different companies.
 

Hostel Rating
There are 3 hostels for the students; 1 is for girls and 2 for boys. The hostel provides free Wi-Fi facility. The rooms are big, and the bathrooms are also clean. The mess food is also tasty and hygienic.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The institute’s campus covers 361.5 acres of area which provides a large space for accessibility. There is a market, sports complex, auditorium, park, etc. Class buildings for every branch is available along with library, restaurants, hostels, etc. The buildings are quite big and there is no lack of benches or classrooms for students. The institute’s infrastructure is quite easy to understand and there is transport facility available from the institute.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is great. The Campus has a big crowd as many students from all over India and Outside India are enrolled in the institute. The students’ strength is about 10,000 from all branches and from all years. There are many clubs like Technical Club, Core Club, Cultural Club, etc. Every week, there are many programs conducted to give more knowledge to students.

    NIT-A is one of the top NITs in North-East India. It is situated in Agartala, which is the capital of Tripura state. I have joined it in 2024 through JoSAA. Until now, my experience with this institute is great. Apart from studies, you get a good exposure of clubs, sports and of course the beauty of nature.     The institute is focused on enhancing its curriculum and faculty to provide quality education. Placement statistics have been showing a steady upward trend with an increasing number of companies visiting the campus. Students enjoy a lively campus with various clubs, fests, and sports activities. Many more fests like Tech Fest and Moksha are also organised in which motivational speaker and celebrities are invited in the college.     NIT Agartala is an autonomous institution working under central government in East India in Tripura state. It is one of the best engineering institutes in India. I have joined NIT Agartala in 2023. My experience with NIT Agartala is great. I chose NIT Agartala to get admission in the department of Chemistry. I was selected in a couple of other NITs for maths and physics but I was only interested in Chemistry. So I joined NIT Agartala.... Read Full Review

    Overall Rating
    I chose the Civil Engineering branch because of the alumni and faculties. Filled with highly qualified faculties and good infrastructure the Civil Engineering department is one of the elites out in the nation. The labs are high-functioning and full of varieties. NIT Agartala also provides a Master's in Civil Engineering and Ph.D in its respects. Apart from Civil Engineering, there are top branches in the institute with similar descriptions.
