One of the major factor for which I choose Jamia milia islamiya is its fees and its nirf ranking which is 26th in terms of engineering Also one of the major reason to join Jamia Millia Islamia was its campus is in Delhi where I get quite good exposure. Jamia Millia Islamia is one of the finest and most reputed Institutes in India. Its NIRF rank is 3 that made it an obvious choice for students. I had spent a year at Jamia, and I can assure you that there is no other college like Jamia. It is culturally rich and open to everyone. There are some cons though like no big flashy fests, lack of adequate hostels, old buildings but I like them. But these cons are nothing in comparison to what it offers.... Read Full Review

When I first visited Jamia for entrance exam, I was astonished by the vibrant beauty around the campus. The green lush gardens, old and newly architected buildings, so many departments and diversity of students. After my admission, I used to spend half of my day in the reading hall. The library has the best collection of books ranging from engineering, literature, philosophy to life sciences. I found every book here with multiple published versions. I choose the course B.Tech in Civil Engineering. The fees of this course less as compared to IITs and NITs. This university is best for different students of the society. All faculty members have the best behavior and way of teaching. There is a 2 month gap in each sessional exam. But it is difficult to pass the internal exams.... Read Full Review
