The number of workshops, seminars and mock interviews are conducted by the institute that enhances resume writing skills and interview techniques as well as professional skills among students. The recruitment drives for a number of tech MNC's are also supported.

The hostel at IIIT Lucknow provides the students with very comfortable accommodations, spacious rooms with Wi-Fi and common area are motivating factor for a good community. There are various kinds of meals in mess considering different needs. However some students feel that the menu choice should be higher.
