Being a part of Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences is one of the best parts in my life. The institute offers best exposure on real life problem. Different clubs and activities are also present in the campus to enhance our knowledge. This is what made me join this particular university in Bangalore. The fee in this university is also so reasonable that it can be afforded by any middle-class family, so I suggest one to join for the same as the fee is reasonable and they give best academic experience with all types of facilities to the best.

I have chosen B.Tech in Mathematics and Computing. I feel this course is best as it is provided only by IITs, NITs and, few best colleges around the county. This course covers the basic and advanced level of Mathematics that is necessary to the current company requirements. The eligibility to enroll in this course is to get 45% in 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject.

Faculty is one of the best things, as the teaching style of all the lecturers is very different and unique which helps to understand the subject better. All the lecturers are Ph.D holders or are pursuing Ph.D in their domain. In my one year of experience in B.Tech, I got lecturers who have completed their Masters in IIT, so it feels good to be taught by them.

We have a placement cell in our university, they start giving coaching for the placements from the 5th semester/ 3rd year which helps students to have some time to get a good placement.

There is a hostel inside a Campus itself; they have best facilities like gym as we. The hostels are protected by biometric which records the entering of outsiders. We also have sport facilities inside the campus itself.

Infrastructure is one of the most important things that help a student to learn things in better way. The university is having 4 blocks with all the departments and classrooms divided accordingly. Basement of the university is completely covered with the HP Computers which were newly installed in 2023.Other labs such as Chemistry lab, Physics lab, Electronics, Aircraft, etc. have various equipment's that helps all the students to learn individually as students are divided into different small batches.

The campus life is not as best as other universities as it is located on an industrial area. There are no places around the college which can be used as an entertainment or for the outing with friend. We should at least travel for 30 minutes for the best places to visit. But we will get nice crowd, various clubs in the college in specific domains, and more. They conduct one fest for one academic year and other activities like seminars, sports, and competitions are being held regularly as per the schedule.
