My life in college.

Overall Rating
I enrolled in this Institute on the basis of my score in west Bengal JEE result in Information Technology department. I chose this college because it was the best college that I could choose according to my result. It was very affordable and placement was also very good. The college life was also interesting.
 

Academics Rating
I chose the Information technology department as it was the second best department in the college. Any student who has secured 75 percent marks in 12th and secured the cut off required to get in their desired department by giving JEE and West Bengal JEE. I was interested in technology that's why I chose this branch.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members here are very humble and polite. They are all Ph.D holders who have completed their degree from prestigious college. They are expert in their own field. Each teacher has a unique way of teaching and it is changeable according to understanding of student. There are HOS’s of different department and different subjects.
 

Placement Rating
In our college there is a special building for placement activities it is called AJC Bose Bhawan. It has very helpful faculty members that help the students in every way in which they can secure their job. They organise various sessions so that student can learn English as its important to communicate properly in the interview. They have different coding courses for the students.
 

Hostel Rating
There are separate hostels for boys and girls in the college. Boy’s hostel is called Satyen Bose and girls hostel called Nivedita girls hostel. In the Satyen Bose hostel only 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students reside. There is a separate hostel for 1st year boys which is called Chittranjan boys hostel. Warden of the hostel is very cooperative. Food is good. There are indoor facilities and outdoor facilities for both types of games.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are many building in the college. There is separate building for first year students. Each department has their own block in which there are classes, staff room, etc. Our college has separate building for professional courses. There are two college canteen and big fields for various kinds of sports. Mess and their separate fields.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life of the college is very lively .The crowd is good .There are different clubs in the college for different activities. There are annual fests and each festival in celebrated properly. I am part of a sports club in which various events are organized throughout the year.

    The overall experience is good. The labs are well-equipped and maintained and the faculty is quite helpful. All the professors are knowledgeable and helpful in academics and also other aspects. The college ground is well maintained and includes sports like football, cricket, basketball and sports facilities. Hostel is also available. The seniors are not arrogant and are quite helpful....
