My Candid Review on BSIOTR, Pune

Overall Rating
My overall experience in BSIOTR was good. Campus is huge wide and has so many facilities. Institute placement percentage and cutoff made me ready to take admission in this institute. I would like to tell other students to take admission in this institute. The environment here is also really positive.
 

Academics Rating
Course is very precise and difficult. I am pursuing Bachelors in Engineering from this institute. Overall course is very difficult. Students should clear their HSC exam in PCM stream and should score 45% in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Math). Candidates also need to appear in CET and JEE entrance exam.
 

Faculty Rating
Well competent faculty members have been appointed by the management. All of them have also qualified Masters. However, they should improve their teaching technique.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell of institute helps the students to get best internships and placements. They even conduct mock placement and interview tests. MNCs such as Amazon, Wipro, TCS, Deloitte, etc. appear during placement drive in the institute. The highest package achieved by IT students was 12 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, we do have residential facilities and PGs in our institute campus. Hostel life is very good. They provide facilities like washing machine, induction for cooking, well cleaned rooms, playground, etc. We do have mess for eating facilities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
In our campus every course has its own building. My building name is D1 building and it only for Engineering course. We do have Library, Food court, playground, gymkhana, well equipped labs, cafeterias, etc. We have playground for sports and food court for physical hygiene. Every building has their own Wi-Fi connection for students
 

Campus Rating
Campus is very gigantic and spacious. It is situated at Wagholi in 60 acres. Overall campus life is very good. Crowd is very moderate. We do have clubs called GDSC and committees like ITSA for IT. We have separate committee for every branch. Institute does organize 1 or 2 events in a year. One main event is known as Nakshtra.

    My experience in this institute is very nice. The curriculum and extra curriculum activities are held here regularly. The extra curriculum activities are best for relaxing the mind of the student’s. Currently I am in the second’s year and my experience in this institute is very good.     Now, I'm in second year, I have observed that my institute has given me lots of guidance. Normally, other institutes are only focused on academics, but this institute focuses in all field for e.g. good in sports, academics and teaching staff which is also good as they are too supportive.     The main reason to choose this college was because it is near my home. Overall my experience in last one year is decent and excellent. The aura of the campus is very positive and the faculties are very well disciplined, well educated and humble. The fee for courses in this college are affordable compared to other colleges.
