Overall Rating
I have taken admission in this college by HSETES counseling last year. This college suits my personality as it provides me ample of time to discover the new discoveries. There is no strict attendance criteria for my branch and additionally there are various public holidays and weekends. This makes this college a place for the student who wants to take preparation of different government examinations. The sports facilities are also up to date for basketball sport and others which add up to the health of the students.
 

Academics Rating
I am doing B.Tech from computer science stream here and I got into this college from HSESET counseling (for Haryana state engineering colleges) as I have not enough marks in the JEE Mains examination. The circular followed is like the other colleges that includes 8 semesters and 2 sectionals held in each semester. The exams held here are a bit difficult for the student preparing just one day before the exam but a CGPA of 6-7 is achievable with a small amount of hard work.
 

Faculty Rating
The teachers teaching here are well qualified with industry related knowledge and ready to provide it in every way possible to the students. They also try to help students in their projects or assignments in order to make a healthy relationship between the teachers and the students. Additionally, there are visiting faculties present here which teaches the students when the original teacher is on the leave. All the teachers have qualified their M.Tech and Ph.D from premier institutions and are ready to provide the required information to the students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, our college has its own placement cell which handles the entire placement process. It constitutes of teachers from different departments as its teacher coordinators. The placements are a bit average for the top 2 branches of the B.Tech course named ece branche and the placements for other than these branch IS not very good .
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, we have hostel facilities present in the college which includes 4 boys hostel and 3 girls hostels. There are various committees present in the hostels which include sanitization, mess, sports, purchase and maintenance committees. This part was very enhancing as students were taking part in the decision making. The hostels also need some maintenance in their core construction as they passed many years here.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus has a very big area of around 293 acres which includes various academics buildings, residential buildings, shopping complex and a hospital for any medical emergency. The academics blocks include buildings for each department and a library that is present for studying purposes. The buildings are bit old and need some maintenance and the rest part is all good and ready for the use.
 

Campus Rating
The campus is also very enhancing as there are many different societies for different purposes like there are dancing societies, acting & singing societies and many more. They have performed very well in the college programmers and make out their position in the competitions held outside the college. This part makes this college a bit different from the nearby colleges as they do not offer this type of functionalities in their campuses. This also enhances the overall personality of a student and makes them confident and trustworthy of their true nature.

    The reason why I chose this particular university is because its fees structure is quite affordable, also it is a government university. It has good faculty and good facilities like huge lavish library, sports facilities, labs, etc. It provides hostel facility and food at an affordable cost.     The college is not good but the cons and pros differ from individual to individual. If you talk about it in a slightly balanced way as it is under the Govt. of Haryana and funded by Govt.
