Overall Rating
JIS College of Engineering is accredited by NAAC. The NIRF Ranking of this college is between 150-300, which can be considered pretty decent as compared to the other college of the city. This College helps us to not only get ready to achieve our dream job but also helps to build conversational skills and others. It also makes sure to take care of the student’s mental health which is mostly overlooked by the other educational institutions.
 

Academics Rating
This college offers many streams in B. Tech like CSE, IT, Mechanical, Civil, Agriculture and many more. You can take admission in this college by counseling of WBJEE & JEE Mains. You can also take admission directly in 2nd year by JELET Exam. The curriculum of each course is quite planned and thorough. There are labs to conducts the practicals and gain hand-on knowledge
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are very friendly and careful. They are very helpful in nature. They also provide guidance in other activities like sports, singing, dancing and so on. Overall all the faculties are very well mannered and excellent.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a placement cell. This cell helps students by providing training for placements. Last year, many students got pretty high packages at the companies like TCS, Cognizant and many more.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, there are hostel facilities in the college. The hostel rooms are very good. The wardens of hostels are very strict but also love everyone. The food is also good in the hostel. Although, there are strict rules for timing in the hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of the college is pretty decent. The labs in each department are outfitted with modern amenities so that all the students have high quality experience in handling machines and equipment. There is a big ground in our college where students can play or spent quality times with their friends and enjoy the precious moments. There is also a sitting arrangement underneath trees beside canteen.
 

Campus Rating
The campus of JIS College of Engineering is vibrant and full of greenery. Overall the campus life is filled with joy and many remarkable memories about everything.
