IITB : The best of the best

Overall Rating
Almost everyone knows that this institute is regarded as one of the best educational body in India and is of great national and international importance. The campus has one of the best campus lives and the people are always welcoming. With a lush campus of around 580 acres, the campus is filled with non curricular activities like Sports Drama and other cultural events.
 

Academics Rating
The academics here are famous all over the country. After cracking India’s toughest paper JEE Advance, the exams here are also tough. The curriculum here is good.
 

Faculty Rating
The faulty consists on the best of the minds in India for a particular subject. The professors are very qualified with multiple PhDs and a lot of research experience in the fields and have extreme dedication towards it and have given their entire life to it which can be seen in their way of teaching which depicts their passion.
 

Placement Rating
The placements in the institute are one of the best in the country and are working for years as a bench mark for all the other institutes in the country. The average package is around 23 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostels are relatively old but the thought that you love in the rooms as some of the best minds and successful people lived before, is very humbling and gives a lot of motivation.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is equipped with the best of the infrastructural facilities that might not be seen in any other institute in the country. There are full size sports complexes and gymnasium that are fully equipped. There are specific buildings for all the departments where the research and deep studies regarding them goes on continuously.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is totally like a roller coaster where there are emotional ups and downs but there are more of the ups and they last longer just like the roller coaster. The events are so good and they are Asia’s largest like the Techfest and Mood Indigo.

    IIT Bombay has an excellent campus life and culture which provides a great exposure to students. Along with this, it has great faculties and study facilities. There are a lot of extracurricular activities available in IIT Bombay.   • Worth Taking Admission in IIT Bombay

    I got an AIR of 793 in Jee Advanced 2022 and the options that I had based on my rank were either take CSE in IIT BHU or go for Electrical Engineering in old IITs. I was pretty clear that I want to take admission in Circuital Branch i.e. either CSE or Electrical as I didn't had much interest in Core Engineering i.e. I didn't want to do Mechanical or Civil.     I am pursuing B.Tech from IIT Bombay in engineering physics. Talking about my experience, it's been 3 months here and believe me it’s been a wonderful experience. Preparing hard for JEE was felt worth it after coming here. The reason behind choosing IIT Bombay is obvious as it's one of the best engineering colleges in our country.
