Bennett University B.Tech Review By Pratham Agarwal

I got to hear about Bennett University from my friend. After checking review from various sources I decided to take a campus visit. The campus and its facilities are amazing and I and my family got impressed after the very first visit. Fee is bit high but they provide scholarships. The college is better from other private colleges in many terms.

I have selected B.Tech CSE as my course with data science specialization that you have to choose in 2nd year. These are no as such requirement for this course you must have passed your 12th grade with PCM. They provide scholarships if you have scored well in 12th or any competitive exam. I compared this University to other private colleges offering this course in Delhi NCR. Bennett University is much better from others as it provides better facilities, updated syllabus, fully functional labs and good faculty.

About the faculty of Bennett University. Almost every faculty is very cooperative and it teaches well. They clear our doubts and also guide us whenever needed. Bennett has every facility in their classrooms so the teachers teach in the best way possible. Not only that but most of the faculties focus on learning rather than just teaching. Bennett uses software’s like CAMU and LMS that manages our learning and assignments.

Bennett has its own placement cell to help student get placed. It sends daily updates through emails and WhatsApp groups about the internship and jobs opportunity. The placement is not as good as it was during 2020-2022 because of the large student intake but it is still good. Bennett has its own hatchery which promotes startups and provides funds in every possible way which is very good. So, overall Bennett has a nice but not very extraordinary placement cell.

Hostels of Bennett University are very good, cleaned and it provides good facilities in comparison to other private colleges. There are some problems like hard water which is very common in Delhi NCR area but other than that if we compare with other college it has very nice facilities. Maintenance and room cleaning facilities are provided with just a WhatsApp message or a mail. Wardens do not interface much. Hostels and other campus buildings have lifts and proper alarm system.

The infrastructure of Bennett University is up to date as the campus was built in 2016. Building, hostels and the full campus is designed very well. Have every possible faculty. There are some issues with the mess and gym due to increasing crowd but other than that everything is beautiful.

The campus life is very nice. There are no timings to hangout inside the campus. You can hangout even at midnight. The snacking point in open till 3 am and everyday need shop is opened till 1 am. The campus in Timings are till 7-8 pm officially but you can enter the campus till 9:30pm without any restriction and even after that if you are not to late they just keep your ID Card and you can collect it next day from warden’s office. The campus is bit over crowded now days as the campus is not too big so the mess and gym are not up expectations the college has you built at least on more of each of them to provide better facilities.
