From my perspective, the opinion about the college really depends upon the personal experiences of each individual. You will get everything within the campus like Cafes, Medical Facilities, Sports, etc. My experience in Banasthali was good. If placement is your sole purpose then Banasthali is really helpful since your competition would be from 1000 B.Tech students, like a 250 in CS, 150 in ECE & IT and 100 in other branches. You get good food, good rooms, and good hang out spots but the truth is that it would be very different from a normal college life since you won't be allowed outside the campus frequently.

So if you are trying in enroll in Engineering, there would be an all India test based on which you will be called in the campus for an interview where you will be allotted a branch. This test would contain very basic PCM questions and few from logic and aptitude. The course is good, it's elaborate and the university will provide you with all study material and books if you pursue a course from there. Eligibility is to have completed 12th standard.

Faculty of B.Tech is nice. Mostly all the professors hold a PhD degree in their subjects and have been teaching in Banasthali since a long time. They are helpful, kind and sweet and have a good marking system. Teachers mostly teach using online study material that is prepared by them. Teaching method is traditional.

Yes, placement cell is there and it ensures to have 100% placement rate.

Yes, in Banasthali you will have to live as a full time student in the hostel which is a triple sharing room. The rooms are available is double, triple and quadruple sharing. Infrastructure of hostels allotted to B.Tech students is really nice. Rooms are spacious with a desk, cupboard, and bed for each student. Recreation spots are there. There are at least 3-4 cafes and sports fields. Evenings of Banasthali are definitely the best.

The infrastructure of the college is nice. It's true that we have a great library. Banasthali is generally a rural layout so even though they are constructing new buildings a rustic feel to the campus would be there. There is an electric bus that runs in the campus and it's called meta, so be sure to catch it if you want to save walking to a huge distance.

Honestly it really depends upon the priority. If you want a co-ed experience Banasthali isn't for you. There are certain restrictions upon attire, cell phone use, and channel gate time (hostel closing time that is 9, after which no one is allowed outside). I would say Banasthali has many student clubs, many fests organized by these clubs and the grand ‘Apaji’ fest organized by university itself. Crowd is significantly less as compared to other colleges. Panchsheel Sikhsha offers cool courses like Horse Riding, Karate and Swimming so you can make most of it. Weekly holiday is on Thursdays instead of Sundays. Banasthali is Indian to the core and no less than any other college.
