In my experience as a second year student at PDPU, I can say that this journey has been an enriching one so far as there is an academic rigor, supportive professors, quality services, and diversity of university life contributed to my overall progress. Overall, my experience was a mix of positive aspects and areas for improvement. I chose this particular institute because of its contribution in energy sector. While it had its strengths, there were areas that could be enhanced to improve the overall student experience. If you are willing to take admission in this college I would recommend keeping this college in middle of your priority list. Don't directly jump for admission by looking at website data. Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University is the best ever for petroleum engineering. 10 on 10 for the institute as the University place its students in none other than Reliance, ONGC, and IOC among others. No students were denied the placement opportunity and almost all the students were in the same bracket of placements. I don’t think one needs an introduction for Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (Now Pandit Deendayal Energy University) as the University has none other than India’s richest man Mukesh Ambani on the board. PDPU University has a department called petroleum engineering and all the students are hired by Reliance Industries. Since I was from mechanical background I chose PG in the same department.
