Lloyd Institute of Engineering and Technology B.Tech Review By Astha Srivastava

LIET has been a redefining block in my life where I was subjected to various competitions, exemplary education, extraordinary teaching methods, early morning technical training classes, meritorious staff and healthy competitive environment. It has been a little more than a year since I enrolled in this college and everything has been really great since then.

I have been enrolled in B.Tech (CSE) course and the entry can be decided both on the basis of your class 12th result and JEE percentile. They have various options of streams like EEE, ECE, ME, CSE with DS, AIML and Cyber Security etc. which are pretty much relevant for the future. The additional morning training programs are also aimed towards making you industry ready which is a major highlight and one of my reasons for joining this college.

There is top notch faculty. Most of the professors are Ph.D holders and have done their graduation and post graduation from top grade institutions. They always give their best in order to teach students and help them excel in their exams. All the faculty is talented and focuses on betterment of each and every student.

Yes. There is a placement cell in our institute. Earlier they were in the college called GL Bajaj, which was earlier one of the top colleges in Greater Noida but now they're here and will definitely take Lloyd to new heights making it one of the best engineering colleges in near future. The first batch under that team is itself achieving great success.

Yes the college provides hostel facilities. There are both AC and non AC rooms available. Non AC rooms are also equipped with dessert coolers. The food is extremely nice and would feel homely. The wardens are helpful and overall infrastructure of hostel is also nice. In case of any difficultly, we can approach the management and they always take best decisions for betterment of the students residing.

The infrastructure of LIET is also top notch. For the academic year 2024-25 another building has been constructed since we get ample of admissions, getting attracted from the facilities provided by our college. There are sufficient lecture halls and labs and all are equipped with air conditioning for best learning experience. There are 2 buildings for B.Tech already and third one being constructed recently. The college also provides bus service, ample of canteens with hygienic and delicious food along with a huge campus ground.

Fests and events are although not the major focus of college, since it mostly focuses on academics, there is still sufficient happenings in the campus. Last year, Catalyst 2.0 was organised by Lloyd Group of Institutions having various artists like Darshan Raval, Anubhav Singh Bassi and Nizami Bandhu performing along with other cultural events like poetry, dancing, singing, fashion show etc. The crowd was also nice and sophisticated. Apart from this, little events are organised by the B.Tech department as well like kite flying, saarang singing competition, drawing and arts competition etc.
