My Experiences at Banasthali Vidyapith

Overall Rating
First of all I didn't choose this college. My father chose this for me, as one of his friends suggested that this university is good for girls. This is a women's University. What I like the most is its healthy peaceful environment and isolation from city in between nature. This University is good for nature lovers. While this is not good for daily outgoing people, as the campus remains closed and you can go out only after your gate pass is made with the permission of your parents. The education, infrastructure and the faculties are quite good.
 

Academics Rating
There is almost every course (except doctor related degrees). The entry requirements are quite average. There is a cut off of an average score in 12th boards. Almost every child who is of sound mind is eligible for admission in this University. There are almost nearly 18,000 girls currently in this University. Its motive is to educate more and more girls.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are quite good. Some of them are friendly enough to talk about any topic, while a few are way stricter than anyone. The faculties have a good command over their subject and teach in a good way. Some of them will make you love the subject. Most of the female faculties here have been graduated from here only. The male staff is also very good.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, there is a placement cell in our department. But the placements are quite less in our department. The highest placement of our university was of 16, 00,000 LPA. Apart from that, not much placements are offered here.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel rooms are so good. The hostels are very neat and clean. The hostel rooms look like a hotel room for students. The table, the bed, the chair and the cupboard, all are very good. Also the hostels and mess are very good and clean. The meal provided in the mess is wonderful. I can say that the hostel and mess is very affordable here and provides a very great service for a minimum price.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are many buildings for various departments. And there are 53 hostels. Apart from this, there are other facilities as well, like post office, bank, and hospital, shops, markets, etc. The campus is of nearly 850 acres. It is very large and the departments are scattered all over it from beginning to the end.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is good. There are many festivals and fests. The Dandiya Nights in Navratri, Dussehra, Apaji Mela, Lohri, Holi and many more festivals are celebrated here. Also there is separate fest for every department. The name of our fest is 2n.O. There are various other extracurricular activities that are organised here. Whatever your interest may be, you will definitely find it here.

    I don't know what made me choose Banasthali Vidyapith but I believe that it was my fate. Banasthali was all I could ask for.     Banasthali Vidyapith is the best women’s university in India and 'Panchmukhi Siksha' made it more unique. I did my schooling from here too and now I'm in college. My experience is really good and here we have theory classes as well as lab classes. Our university focuses on theoretical as well as practical knowledge.
