Gargi College: The academic and campus life is good here

Overall Rating
I have experienced many good opportunities in my college campus. The faculty members are very good at their teaching methods and they usually teach in a way in which we can understand all the concepts easily. It was my dream college and I prefer Gargi College over other colleges.
 

Academics Rating
The information about the course is that all the subjects who are included in Microbiology course are relevant and easy to understand. The exam patterns are easy to understand as well as the exam level ranges from moderate to high. The motive for joining this program is that I was interested in Biology from my school time and I wanted to pursue Microbiology.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members are qualified and well educated. They all have completed their Ph.D and research work in different fields. They teach us very well. They clear all the concepts easily and with different methods to make the concept crisp. Our faculty teachers are also associated with the Microbiologist’s Society, India.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we do have a placement cell at our Institute. The placement cell really helps the student to acquire jobs.
 

Hostel Rating
No, we don't have residential facilities in our institute.
 

Infrastructure Rating
All the blocks are divided into different sections - Humanities, Commerce and Science. All the buildings and classrooms are well maintained. In our campus some new classrooms are also structured due to the increase in number of the students enrolled this year. The books for courses are available in the library too and as well as in the department also.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is good and we usually enjoy everything in college campus. Usually the students are very friendly. The fests are usually held in the month of February and March. Singers are also invited in these fests.

    Gargi college is one of the best women colleges in Delhi University. It is known for its academic excellence.     The Gargi College, established in 1964, is one of the most reputable colleges of the University of Delhi. It was ranked #9 in the Arts category and has been among the top 10 colleges for Arts in the country.
