The college is situated in close proximity to the district court and other courts such as the family court and the consumer court. This enables students to attend the court and do internship work. Also the college is located in the heart of the city and is accessible by all means of transport. The college is also very affordable as it is government aided and offers education at a very cheap rate. The college staff is also very educated and helpful.

The course is available after the completion of twelfth grade (12th) exam. The only way to get admission in the college is by attempting and passing the Common Entrance Test conducted by the Maharashtra Government also known as the MH Law CET. The cut off is around seventy to eighty marks and the final scrutiny is done at the college level. The course provides insight into the legal field and one can either opt for higher education after it or practice in the field of advocacy or attempt several exams such as the judiciary or public prosecutor exam.

There is permanant staff in the college which is quite rare for a law college. There are five permanent faculty members and a number of chb professors as well. The permanent faculty includes three PhD holders and two PhD pursuers. The style of teaching is mainly by books and by power point presentation. However the teachers also use discussions and debates as a way of learning.

There is no placement cell in the college however there is a WhatsApp group known as the Career Katta Group which provides placement and internship opportunities to the students.

There is no residential facility available in the college however there are a number of hostels and PGs available nearby.

The campus is a bit small as the college is located in the heart of the city. The library is a big positive point of the college. It has all the books required for the entire course and for extra information and reading as well. There is also internet access available in the library. The parking is ample and is located at the basement of the college.

The college hosts a cultural festival once a year. It also hosts the annually held VN Patil Memorial Lecture Series in honor of the late great advocate VN Patil. There are also a number of guest lectures wherein eminent personalities engaged in the field of law and judiciary are invited to deliver guest lectures.
