My overall college life was good at MCM DAV College for Women

Overall Rating
It’s very safe for women and its environment is very comfortable. It provides lot of opportunities to showcase your talent. Its number 2 in Chandigarh. It is an extremely prestigious institution, providing good education. Sustainable development is practiced here and almost 60% of the electricity is used from the solar panels.
 

Academics Rating
The course offers adequate knowledge and skills to plan, design and to implement complete application software systems. The course is highly valued in all industry sectors including health, business, education and services. It is a great college compared to all other in Chandigarh in terms of education and academic performances.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is amazing. Their effectiveness level is on top. Students concerns are taken into consideration and appropriate actions are taken. They are friendly and one can easily approach them in class, staff room and after class also. They try to circulate updates regarding all the upcoming events in student groups so that everyone stays updated.
 

Placement Rating
It gives different opportunities to the students to work in a MNC. I would like to thank the placement cell that gives its best to get students placed in reputed companies and encourages them at every step.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Its infrastructure is very good. Cleanliness can be seen all around the college and there are fountain present in the campus. There are different blocks for different departments like Science block, Arts block, Computer block, etc. The library is home to many good publications. Facilities like salon, stationary and cosmetics are also made available in the college.
 

Campus Rating
It’s great to be part of this college. The college has a well maintained campus with modern classrooms, a large library, advanced science and computer labs, and good sports facilities. Different clubs are also present in the college. various fun activities are also for students here.

    Overall the college is excellent and is great for Bachelor of Computer Application as per my experience. The faculty is great and also the campus. It is affiliated to Punjab University which is considered among Top Universities in North India. Students here come from different states but mostly the students are from Chandigarh itself....
