A genuine review on J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology

Overall Rating
Overall, my experience is going quite okay and what made me take admission to this institute was because it was near my home. Another reason being that it has amazing faculty. Canteen food is amazing at a very low price and campus life is also decent.
 

Academics Rating
I'm doing B.Tech in Civil Engineering and entry requirement for this course is to get JEE rank under 4 lakh. In our university open counseling is also there, so students can enroll via visiting the university for open counseling. My motive behind enrolling for this program was to get a Government job as Civil Engineering branch has career scope in many government sectors.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are very knowledgeable and well known in their field. They teach us in a very systematic order which helps us to build interest in that subject. Teachers are ready to help students at all times. All the faculties are Ph.D holders and have excellence in their fields.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have placement cell in our college. It helps the students to get placed in their interested field and average package is 8 LPA.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our campus has 6 buildings. First building is for the Mechanical department; second is for Electronics department and the third is for the B.Sc students. The 4th building has a library, and 5th is the MBA block. One building has a canteen and college office. Our campus also has hostel building and auditorium.
 

Campus Rating
Our campus life typically revolves around a mix of academics, social activities and personal development. The clubs are very good for students to develop their overall personality. Seniors usually mentor the juniors to select the right career path. Fests and events are not conducted here so often, resulting in less engaging campus life.

    One of the top government institute in Haryana for Engineering and have a very good ROI and is also one of the reputed college in the North. It was initially started in early 1980s by German company to help Indian workers to learn about automobile industries, later it was converted to an Engineering college.     It is one of the best colleges of Haryana. The faculty is very experienced and the fee structure is also good. Different kind of workshops and activities are held regularly for personal development. Fest is held in college once a year and different type of cultural and sports activities are held regularly....     J.C Bose University of Science and Technology is one of the best Government universities. The college has a very affordable fee structure and along with a very generous alumni base. Students scoring high marks in JEE come here for pursuing their higher degrees and moreover the college has several scholarship schemes to allow students from economically weaker sections to pursue their education. The environment is also quite good with good modes of convenience with connected roads and metro station nearby.     Overall the experience at the institute is quite good. The NAAC rating of the college is A+. By going through the information brochure of the college seems quite impressive.
