My life at DAVV SOC

Overall Rating
I am a student at DAVV, SOC and life here is overall a good experience. Fee is affordable comparatively. DAVV is a well known college since 90's. Many notable alumni have passed out from here. This was also a plus point when I was looking forward to enroll in this college.
 

Academics Rating
The course which I am currently pursuing is Integrated MBA in Foreign Trade. I choose this course since its unique. An eligibility criterion to enroll for the course is that you need to clear CUET exam and apply for counseling. On the basis of your rank you can choose the course. There will be total 4 lectures of one hour every day of the week.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties here are good. Most of them are guest faculties but their behavior and teaching skills are pretty good. They provide notes on Google classroom as well as in physical format. There is one course coordinator for every course and he/she will guide you throughout the semester.
 

Placement Rating
No, we don't have placement cell in DAVV. The highest package from SOC was 6.6 LPA. DAVV provides average placement opportunities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus area is huge and clean, but buildings are very outdated. The infrastructure is not adequately maintained. The campus has a lot of greenery. There are different blocks for every course.
 

Campus Rating
Social life is good. Students are friendly. In SOC, there is no thumb rule for attendance. Other departments’ students are also friendly. Sports activities like Spardha is conducted every year. Annual fest is decent.

    Overall Rating
    The college consists of a small building that has around 10 classrooms. The courses offered here are BA LL.B, LLM, M.Phil, and Ph.D. Here the students are well studios and ample of books are provided for their assistance. The campus is facilitated with a bank and post office facilities for student requirements.... Read Full Review

  • Environment of my college
     

    Overall Rating
    Our college is one of the best engineering collages in MP. We can get admission here by MP DTE council ling which considers JEE Mains Score. This college gives a lot liberty than other collages in MP to develop our skill rather than just marking attendance. So, we feel so privileged to be able to join this college. But I got mechanical branch as I got 135689 ranks in JEE Mains 2023. So, it is a college for bright student’s only so environment here is very good.... Read Full Review

    The IET DAVV is one of the best government colleges in central India after IIT and NIT. The infrastructure of college is not good as it is government. But the campus is full of greenery you will have a different campus from the main DAVV Takshila campus it is 2.5 km away from the IET DAVV. Teachers are good and have good methods of teaching....     I'm a student, pursuing Integrated M.Tech from DAVV. This is my 5th year and last year of my course and if I can describe my experience in one word than it would be exceptional. The things you go through your journey makes you a better version of yourself whether in terms of academics, sports or other curriculum activities.
