Worth taking admission in NIT Warangal

Overall Rating
NIT Waranagal does not need any introduction. It is one of the most prestigious institutes in India. However, my particular reason for joining this institute over other institutes is its placements and internships. Awesome placements. Also, the campus is beautiful and all types of facilities are available. It is the oldest NIT which was established in 1959.
 

Academics Rating
I am currently studying EEE at NIT Warangal. To get into this institute, you need to give JEE Mains exam and its cutoff rate is pretty high with CSE closing at around 2.8k, ECE closing at 5k, EEE closing at 9k, and Mechanical closing at 14k. Motive of joining this institute was to excel in studies and get a good exposure.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is great here this institute is known for its professors. Professors are helpful and supportive, with all having Ph.D in their respective fields. We also have scholars with great knowledge of labs.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a placements cell at NIT Warangal. Nowadays, placements are going on with different companies coming and recruiting our seniors.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel of the institute needs attention and renovation.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus is one of the reasons why I chose this institute. Beautiful place called Time Square is present in between the campus which has pleasing appearance along with peaceful environment. We have all the sports facilities with a cricket stadium, football stadium, TT rooms, yoga rooms, basketball courts, etc. We also have a library with more than 40k books. We also have medical facilities and dispensaries.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life has been very good till now. We have events organized regularly by different clubs. We had our fresher’s party and we have fests like Spring Spree and Technician. Recently we celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi in a grand manner. We can also be part of different clubs as per our interests.

    So my institute name is NIT Warangal, it is in Telangana. I got here through JOSAA. I chose this particular institute because of its placement percentage and learning environment. Here every second you will be surrounded with the brilliant brains of India, this also provides platform for various clubs like robotics club, etc. It has big library which is open all the time....     The overall NIRF ranking of the National Institute of Technology Warangal as per the latest data is 21 in engineering category. It stands among the top three NITs of India that's why I chose NIT Warangal to pursue my graduation from here. Also the placement in CSE in very good.
