My College Life at Tara Devi Harakh Chand Kankaria Jain College

Overall Rating
The college is great for learning in a quiet and beautiful ambiance. The campus is very big with playgrounds and other facilities. The faculty is good overall. It has AV rooms to enhance the learning experience. They have indoor play rooms for students. Overall, it was best experience of my life and I will recommend this college for new students.
 

Academics Rating
My graduation year was 2019. At that time, course was of three years and cost of the college was very reasonable. You just needed to have 12 class marksheet with 10th class certificates to enroll in B.Com course. I chose this course because of my interest in business. We visited lot of industrial sites in our time for better knowledge. It also provides free education to the financially disabled students.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are quite knowledgeable and wise. All of them have Masters and Ph.D degree. We have lot of good professionals for our college. They teach in distinct ways.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have placement cells in our institute. It helps students various ways such as How to crack group discussion and personal interview, etc. This is done in the 10 days special class sessions.
 

Hostel Rating
We don’t have any hostel facilities in our campus.
 

Infrastructure Rating
We have two buildings in our campus. One for B.Com, B.Sc and BA students and other for B.Ed students. Buildings are beautiful with a large playground. Washrooms are cleaned from time to time. College has a very big library to read and make notes.
 

Campus Rating
We have very beautiful campus life. Anti Ragging policies are made for student protection. It also has an annual fest which is conducted by the students. There are so many clubs like music club, dance clubs and debate clubs which allows students to learn beyond academics and take part in the competitions.

    You can get admission through merit. The courses available are BBA, B.Com, BA, and B.Sc. You can also avail scholarship based on your marks. There are no ac in every class but yes some classes have it. Lift is also available. Overall the college is good for taking admission and enhancing your skills.... Read Full Review

    As a HR Enthusiast, pursuing BBA (Hons.) from a decent college was always my target. While searching for college, I found THK Jain College. I chose this college because it has decent facilities and provides good practical leanings suited for today's industry.     This college is situated in Cossipore, Howrah. It is a private college, provides courses in minimum budget. No part politics is there. Each and every teacher is so friendly and helpful and staff is like friends. If you can't buy books or are not able to know about the best book writers, then you can borrow books from the library.
