Deepshikha Group of Colleges MBA Review By Kirti Gotan

Deepshikha Group of college is the RTU affiliated college offering learning, knowledge and skills that is needed as per the curriculum. The college is full of academic and extra-curriculum activities. This makes it easy for the students to embrace both personal and professional development with effectiveness. I had a wonderful time over here. I was not only able to explore learning opportunities but also I was able to invest myself in curriculum activities that boost my motivation and presentation skills. I choose this college due to distance as it is nearby my house. I am able to learn and grow accordingly. Others can also enrich their engagement during different events organised by the College to boost motivation amongst the students.

I had pursued MBA in the year of 2017-2019, which was smooth as I didn't need to visit the college again and again for any sort of submission. MBA Entry Requirements: Need to write the purpose of visit at entry, and carry all the documents of previous education such as X, XII mark sheets, CC, TC, and others for smooth processing. Eligibility: One must complete their schooling to get admission in graduation and must have graduation degree for post-graduation.

The faculty at Deepshikha is experienced. They have enough of experience and knowledge about their core subjects. I opted MBA in HR and Finance. Thus, the HR field was taught by HOD. Her name is Mrs. Singh, she is a Ph.D scholar and has diverse knowledge about the subject. She often uses different activities in classroom to make learning fun. The other subject such as operations and statics was taught by the vice-principal, who is also a Ph.D scholar. Although, there are many subjects which were taught by same teachers such as operations and statistics, marketing and HR was taught by one. However, you will get the learning and knowledge that you need. You can also request for additional learning sessions as per your requirement.

The placement conditions of the college are not that strong. The college rarely invites organisations for placement. I didn’t get a placement call from the college although I completed my MBA with first-division. There is only one organisation came at our placement time and, we were told that it is for HR and marketing but later-on we got to know it was a finance-based organisation.

They didn’t have any residential facility at the college at the time I was a student.

The college is having two blocks, one is for the classes and other one is for the auditorium (at where all the events are organised). The campus academic block is clean, and they have library and labs facilities too. There is a guard in the college who is always been well-suited, and looks like a faculty but he is a guard who is more particular about his work.

I have enjoyed the most in the college due to a MBA student we are supposed to conduct each and every event at the auditorium to engage better with all the students from other courses. We used to conduct events and activities that keep the environment much better and engaging for all. The college is known for its engagement with the students, and they are keen to focus on personality development of students. They keep on motivating the students to take part in inter-college competitions and other activities or fests so that they are able to embrace networking skills.
