My experience at the college is really good. The teachers are highly helpful and co-operative. They explain the course in detail. The infrastructure is great, including well-furnished labs, classrooms, well-equipped air conditioning and a garden. I chose this college as it is one of the best colleges in Chandigarh with NAAC grade A. I will also suggest this university to the other candidates because it is a great college in terms of education quality and academic performance.

I chose the stream of BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications). It offers many other courses which include PGDCA, BA (Hons.), BBA, BCA, MA, M.Sc, etc. For choosing BCA, the candidate should have completed class 12th with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized board. This course didn't have any entrance exam which is easier for those who are not able to pass entrance exams. This course accepts students from all streams i.e., Medical, Non-Medical, Commerce, Humanities. My motive for choosing this course is to have an IT background which has become today's most important field in everyday life. This course offers many programming languages as well.

The faculty members of BCA department are very nice and kind by nature. They have highly educated background and teach the course in detail. They listen to each and every doubt of the student in the class and explain it very well. Some of the teachers have done Ph.D from their respective field from this college only and now they are teaching as professors in college. Their style of teaching includes PPT's, book content, assignments, etc. Overall the faculty is great with education quality and academic performance.

Yes, we have a placement cell at our college. The college offers placement to its students in reputed companies of various sectors. It invites companies to participate in the placement drive. More than 200 students are placed in a wide spectrum of reputed companies including Infosys, Wipro, Tommy Hilfiger, Tech Mahindra, ICIC Bank, Go Air Airlines, etc.

Yes, we have hostel in our college but I am a day Scholar. For Students who comes from their far hometown yes we have a facility of hostel which is well-equipped with facilities. Infrastructure is also good. However college authorities need to work over improving the quality of the mess food and provide students with more hygienic and nutritious food.

The infrastructure is really good. The academic blocks are also good and well-equipped. Our BCA department is in the other location from all the other departments. Our department is going through improvement and many new facilities are being added. Various other amenities are also available in the college.

Overall campus life is really amazing and memorable. Being a final year student, I will miss all these moments with this college, friends and teachers. The crowd at our college especially during some fests is also highly appreciable. Fests also happen actively in the college. Large amount of students also participate in the fests as well as other activities also.
