A Candid Review on KIIT, Bhubaneswar

Overall Rating
My journey at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar has transformed me from a job aspirant to corporate ready guy. The programs are designed in a way that students would be able to learn all important segments required for future life. It has one of the best placement records among all private universities (NIRF RANK - 15). For sports enthusiasts, KIIT has a state of the art sports facility.
 

Academics Rating
It is one of the best universities in terms of academics as you will find some of country's best seasoned teachers and facilities in the university. You will have to appear for KIITEE Exam to be eligible to get admission in the university. If you are joining this university, your academic capabilities will automatically improve due to its well set curriculum.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties at the university are really cooperative and helping, they will be very friendly and will guide you in the right direction in your career. Maximum faculties have top notch experience in their field. They are open to conversation about any doubt in the subject and would definitely clear it up to the best of their knowledge. This presents with the students and opportunity to work with the best minds in the country. For Bachelor of Technology CSE (4 Years) course, you will find best teachers in the university with broad knowledge and vast experience in the field.
 

Placement Rating
KIIT has 100% placement record. Continuous placement preparation classes and tests take place in 1, 2 and 3 year of university through several seminars, orientation sessions. It draws one of the best companies in the world for recruitment due to its great reputation in the market and its corporate ready students.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the university has one of the best hostel facilities in India with futuristic infrastructure. Rooms are available in single, double and triple sharing in AC and Non-AC choices. Washrooms are also available in separate or sharing options. Boys Hostel is called 'King's Palace' whereas girl’s hostel is called 'Queen's Castle'.
 

Infrastructure Rating
KIIT has been blessed with a state of the art infrastructure with scenic beauty spread across 25 sq. km. The campus encompasses a whole market with the availability of each and every thing. You can find wide range of facilities from huge sports grounds to numerous libraries. There is great utilization of space along with plenty of good looking buildings in the campus. There also several gyms, swimming pools and playgrounds built across campus.
 

Campus Rating
Campus Life at KIIT is just like 'Home away from Home'. Here you can find food items from across the country and can also try different hobbies at the university campus (Dancing, Singing, Drawing and Playing). You can also participate in various societies and their activities happening every week. The university is totally a ragging and theft free campus as there is good implementation of rules and regulations. Overall the place is very happening where student across the globe with different background live happily.

    KIIT is one of the best engineering institutes with a massive campus of above 600 acres. The classes are very modern and the hostels are very good. You can get hostel as per your affordability and the mess food is also good. There are study rooms in hostels and the library is huge. There are many fests which will never let you feel bored.     This institute is good. The fee is a bit higher than the other institutes. This still has some positives. For example, the institute provides a laptop to its each student. This laptop is of the latest model, and it's price is included in the fee.
