A Review On My Amazing Campus Life At The NorthCap University

Overall Rating
My experience till now has been inspiring and motivating. I chose this particular university because it’s closer to my home and affordable. It offers a variety of courses from Psychology to B.Com to Engineering. It has a very friendly environment and lovely people to mingle with. I chose this institute also because of the attractive infrastructure.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and about 500 people can enroll in Computer Science. I chose this course because of my growing interest in the world of Computer Science. Entry requirements needs all the basic documents with JEE scores and if the criteria is met then scholarship is also provided to eligible students.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty in NCU is very kind and supportive. They are punctual and keep a track of student's attendance well. They are very understanding and help the students who require guidance. Almost every faculty is a Ph.D degree holder and well versed in the courses they teach. Enough faculties are available to provide students with proper focus.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, The NorthCap University has a placement cell (CPAA) that keeps the students updated about the upcoming companies and their requirements. We have to maintain 80 percent score in aptitude test to be eligible to sit in placements.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, hostel facilities are provided to the students. They have a separate lunch area for the hostellers in cafes. They provide a study room for the students to prepare for their exams.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college has a very beautiful infrastructure with sports room, common room, library, air conditioned classes, amphitheater, auditorium, cafes, Maggie point, thought lab, psychology room, induction room, and more. The campus has a new academic building and an old academic building with a large number of classes and multiple washrooms on each floor.
 

Campus Rating
The NorthCap University organizes annual tech fests such as MOMENTUM which includes a DJ night and Concerts along with various club activities. The clubs in our university are diverse: fashion Club, Dance Club, Photography Club, Technical Clubs, Social Service Clubs, Yoga Clubs, Optica Student Chapter, Abhimanch Drama Club, and much more.

  • At NCU you will have to do most things by yourself

    NCU B.Tech was a good program but the only thing they failed at was the placements. Many top companies have blacklisted the university as many students have lodged complaints against the university. Since I have studied there I can throw some light on that. The NCU admission process is quite simple as no entrance score or anything is required. You come to the university and tell the receptionist you want admission.   • The NorthCap University is concerned with making you ready for the industries
     

    Overall Rating
    The University is known or regarded for engineering, but it isn't a bad choice for a BBA either. My two biggest pluses for the University are academics and faculties. No question at all for both the parts as good academics and faculties together made us do loads and loads of things that gave me a fair idea of how the industry functions.     I studied at NorthCap University from 2013 to 2017. There are many angles to look at the university because it was mostly good in a lot of areas but just some refurbishing in some areas and then the university will become a dream university for students.     The NorthCap University is one of the top private Universities in NCR. The NIRF rankings have proven it time and again that NCU is the best in the area.
